The Carolina Alliance is a Carolina Amateur Hockey Association sanctioned program that is intended to provide a AAA experience for players within CAHA that may not have the opportunity to play AAA or who do not have the resources to do a full year schedule of AAA and the time/cost that comes with that commitment.
